Strategic Empathy Workshop: Master the Neuroscience of Negotiation

November 05, 2026
Hybrid (London & Online)

"A high-impact workshop designed for foreign service officers to master the biological foundations of empathy and rapport-building in high-stakes environments."

What is Strategic Empathy?

Unlike emotional empathy, strategic empathy involves the deliberate use of cognitive insights to understand a counterpart's worldview, internal biases, and neural triggers. Traditional empathy is often seen as a "soft" skill. In the world of Neurodiplomacy, we view empathy as a precise, biological mechanism that can be mastered.

This workshop is an intensive, hands-on program designed for professionals who need to build trust and find common ground in hostile or high-pressure environments. You will learn how to recognize micro-expressions, tone shifts, and body language patterns that indicate a shift in a counterpart’s brain state.

Workshop Highlights

Neuro-feedback Training

Use wearable technology to monitor and regulate your "negotiation heart rate."

Note: Capacity is limited to 50 participants to ensure personalized coaching and high-fidelity feedback sessions.
